About Me

My expertise lies in both capturing and processing digital images. My love of photography started in childhood and helped carve my career and academic training. I have a Masters degree (University of Edinburgh) in computer (information) science and a PhD in digital image processing (University College London). In both degrees I gained expertise in processing and manipulating images to obtain the best possible results.

I have nine years experience of capturing and processing digital images and I have lectured at a wide range of Universities on digital processing techniques. I am honoured to have been an invited speaker at international events. I am passionate about photography and about achieving the best results from an image. The concept of being able to capture and perfectly freeze a moment in time is truly magical and excites me every day.
