Nursery Portraits

Sarah Voysey offers a contemporary style of nursery photography in which the emphasis is on capturing photographs of children having fun in their nursery.

Some photographers use a ‘studio’ approach for nursery photography and set up a mobile studio in part of the nursery. This is often difficult and troublesome for nurseries to organise and many children feel uncomfortable in this environment.

Sarah uses a fresh approach to capturing very natural, characteristic photographs of children having fun and using the nursery itself as a backdrop. 

Sessions are designed to be fun and can, if requested, include dressing-up costumes, and outdoor sessions (weather permitting). Sarah takes time to capture images of children playing, learning and interacting. This approach is ideal for the camera loving and camera shy alike!
